I'm having anxiety problems as withdrawal symptoms from stopping the addiction. How long does it take to stop feeling anxiety?
What are you doing in your everyday life? What things are you doing to better yourself? Also I would encourage you definitely to start a journal! Keeping in touch with your thoughts and writing them daily or weekly will give you broader perspective of yourself. You can later go back and notice a pattern in your behavior and analyze it accordingly.
Be conscious of body, energy, and breath, be present , don't fight your anxiety and thoughts and go on with your job,.
