Turn off all electronic devices once you are in the room and by yourself is definitely a good strategy. We of course pray for you to get thru these 2 nights that may be prone to relapse!
For the past two days I have been binge watching youtube , and I didn't know how to get rid of the loop somehow I have finally returned here. Luckily I did not have a relapse thought the urges were high . In order to win this challenge I need to get back on track and keey busy. NO the GATES TO 2022 ARE NOT OPEN FOR PMO addicts.
Be strong brother! You've got it Usually I feel like we are all going through the same experience, so it's interesting to see something that is different. For me the weak point was always the morning, after years of PMO before even getting out of bad. It was a huge change for me to sleep without my phone in my room. Maybe you should try getting an old school alarm clock and just trun off your phone and laptop and just put them away as fur as you can. But whatever happens, remember why you've started the journey and keep fighting
