0/14 Relapsed today. But, I'm feeling confident after walked outside. I think my depressions can go away by just walk outside and socialize. When I walk outside and socialize with my friends, I'm feeling confident, happy, not worrying about anything. Another case, when I stay in my house or room whole day, it's make me lazy, brain fog, and hate everyone (thinking that my friends dislike me). It's kind of weird because I'm a typical of introvert person this wholetime. Well, I think that is wrong, Haha. I think You should try to walk outside too.
Day 4 of 14 Still going strong by the grace of God, basically, I am using zero willpower here and still making it through.
Day 5 of 14 Going strong by the grace of God. I just had my first meal of the day and everything feels good. I have been having neck aches for about a week but it feels better today. I am certain I will reach day 14.
