    First, never beg the clock because Time always wins. I understand the struggle to prove yourself on a challenge....but the point is to build a new you, Focusing on counters and things like that are just the training wheels to help you.

    Plus. you will always be tempted. Sex is energy and it's vital part of life, we modern humans just screw it up instead of elevating that energy to make better humans and better creativity. Nofap/not using porn/PMO training is all about redicrecting that energy to better align to the person you want to be...not to beat a counter, but to be the kickass person you know you can be. Your paragraph shows that you know there's a person you can be, even if the urge is strong.
