When I was living in Paris I went to some ridiculously nice restaurant in Montmartre and I ordered a pig snout because it was the strangest thing on the menu and I’m a daring eater. It was so good I remember the texture to this day. I’m not a foodie but I remember I understood in that moment how someone could become one.
Here's some suggestions then... Chicken Biryani Chholle Kulche Aaloo Parantha with Dahi Kachori with Aaloo Sabzi (First two, I cannot live without eating once a week! Last two, I eat once or twice a month, just cuz they can fatten you up like a prize hog, if you don't take care.)
Never liked the first two. Third one is okay I guess but I don't count it among my absolute favourites.
