Discovered the problem about a month ago. Symptoms similar to PIED. Tried the No PM challenge a few times but relapsed. Need some support and wanna join this challenge again and win the fight this time. Hope it's not too late.
Thanks for your support. It really gives me confidence to win the battle. And I'm gonna make it from no PM to no PMO. BTW I have 2 questions. How about O from gf or wife? Does it count as relapse? Some posts mentioned that it is important to rewire to real life partner. The other question is how do you get the NO PMO label or sticker thing below the message you replied?
If not married yet I personally think it counts as a side-step...the O status you add the same place when you add PM labels...Be Strong and of Good Courage! Jos.1:8-9
Not married yet but plan to get married next year. Thanks for your encouragement. I find that joining this forum and getting support from nice people like you give me much higher motivation in this challenge. I can actually feel that I'm much more determined. BTW I have one more question. I know PIED is a psychological and mental problem. However, if I improve my daily habit such as sleep earlier, go for a walk or a run and eat more healthy food will it take less time to recover?
Yes, I believe those all will definitely be of benefit to your continued success on this Journey.... As far as PIED I am not all that familiar with that subject, but you may want to research that further....Today is Day 1 !
