When I did a 2+ year streak of no PMO, semen retention. I made a commitment of waking up before 4am all this time. I took it from hindu teachings of celibacy. They say It's a special time to wake up and they even dare to say if you wake up before 4am you won't relapse and won't have wet dreams. It also helped me be more productive I used this time to meditate, study, working out; no distractions. The challenge last 360 days, you have to wake up at 4am or before 4am that is the challenge. note *If you consider 4am too hard you can put the challenge at 5am Rules: 1.Wake up at 4am or before 4am: *If you consider 4am too hard you can put the challenge at 5am 2.You can wake up after 4am once a week and if that week you didn’t use the exception then it is accumulative, you can use it later they add up 3. If you sleep 5hrs or less, you can keep the streak regardless the time you wake up 4. If you consider you deserve to keep the streak because you had to work late, were sick or anything you truly consider it was the best to sleep after 4 you can keep the streak 5. No sleep challenge: when I was a monk usually we spent 1 day of the month doing fasting and awake during the night doing prayers. This one is optional if you are able to stay awake all night and not falling asleep during the day the next day you gain 3 joker cards to wake up after 4am and keep the streak. Fasting is optional. Remember to put the challenge on your signature Battles you can battle with another sleep fighter to see who can last the longest waking up at 4am. In the battles you can not use the exception of waking up once after 4am every seven days. Yeah bro all or nothing is a mindset once you have it you don't relapse again. It's better to stop all fap at once or doing lingam masturbation without ejaculation. I did that 2+ years streak mainly doing meditation and waking up at 1 am at the time, I had to live a very organiced and disciplined life to be able to wake up at 1 am.
Day 1 I Just woke up at 3 am, I'm going to meditate and then study. I'm going to reduce phone and internet use to less than 1hrs. Also a nymphomaniac blonde texted me before sleep. Oh boy. I'm going to try to stay way from her
I used to wake up 4AM from Jan to June but last month I became bit too lazy and skipped this thing. Time to restart waking at 4 and start studying.
This morning I woke up at 2AM, meditated, took cold shower and studied for 2 hours. Although, it doesn't count today because I took a nap in the afternoon
You can take naps, the thing is not waking up in the morning and 30 min after going back to sleep and sleep 4 more hours
