Well in my case I did not know until I tried to have sex with my ex-girlfriend, and that was when I realised I was addicted to porn. If you are worried about it I would say leave porn behind, for if you think it may be a problem, then it most likely is. I can only suggest waiting to see when you have sex, don't go seeking sex with escorts, prostitutes or strangers to see, just wait and be patient, but it's like I say, if you are worrying then it may be best to stop watching porn all together. That's all I can suggest really.
