Day 20. Had wet dream yesterday, in the day time when I thought I should take a power nap as I was feeling exhausted but ended up loosing more strength Well it's far better interval than I had in past few months. I was feeling extremely high urges(not for P) before that but I didn't even edged. The control is good now.

Day 13, feeling quite low recently, don't feel strongly energised, feel kind of ill with suffering with a sore throat. I'm getting strong urges to pmo, but battling against it.
