Ha - great question. Fortunately, I’m married (note the lack of “o” in my goals), so I have an outlet for that. When I’ve had the most success, I’ve been in a really good routine with exercise/meditation. I think the overall mental health benefits outweigh the added lust/urges. The goal I think will be hardest for me is the 8hrs of sleep - I have a 4 month old kid, so he will dictate whether or not I can achieve that goal. I’m seeing it more as being in bed with enough time to get 8-9 hrs and hoping the kid sleeps thru the night.
