You 've bought yourself a lesson . How are you going to use what you've learned in the future?...or will you just forget about it?

  4. I M'ed and O'ed this morning - No Porn. So I guess it's back to low level warrior for me :(

  5. I don't feel good about myself as I have been PMO binging since 29/01/2021 & feeling like terrible about it. Been avoiding reading/listening to this SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION
And also Your Brain on Porn & mediating. I don't know why I go through phases of not needing to pmo then go straight binging into it for a few days to repeat the cycle. I don't know why I keep going through this cycle when I know ots not good and also avoiding being productive.

There is no going back to that shit.

Breaking that cycle was really difficult for me too. It takes a lot of dedication to break through that wall when you are up against it. Repeating a daily set of affirmations has really helped me out so far this year. You might want to give it a try. I have a list of nearly twenty things that I physically proclaim over myself and my life every morning. This has kept me focused and true to who I want to be in life.

  11. This SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION book seems quite interesting, I might read it.
As for your difficulties, they sounds like a problem that would benefit from the help of a professional therapist.
One that is knowledgeable of the harms of online porn preferably.

  12. Today I was listening to the audiobook "Atomic Habits" by James Clear.
He said something very interesting that applies to us.

He mentioned that the most powerful thing we can do to make habits stick is to change our identity.
For example imagine two people who want to quit smoking, being offered a cigarette. Both of them refuse, but differently.
One says: No thank you, I'm trying to quit.
The other says: No thank you, I'm not a smoker.
It might seem subtle, but it makes a big difference. If you perceive yourself as a non-smoker (or non-pornography user),
it's easier to align your behavior with your beliefs.

To really believe that you are someone that does not use pornography, you have to gather the evidence.
You have to build the environment and habits that will let you abstain for days and days.
It doesn't have to be perfect but the abstinence must be quite stronger than the use.
And as evidence of not watching porn piles up, the more you believe that you are the person that does not watch porn.
The more you become that person.

And then you have achieved your goal of healing from this addiction and more than that you have made it a way of life to be clean.
Let's use this knowledge to our advantage brothers!
