I've heard of a book called Overcoming Sinful Anger which has some mixed reviews. It comes from a Catholic/Christian perspective. From reviews I've read, it looks like it talks about some of the spiritual sides of anger; but is not as helpful when it comes to practical ways of dealing with anger. Did you end up finding anything? I could use some help on this, too.
Sorry, no books recommendation here. If I am angry it means I haven't worked out hard enough that day.
Hello If your interested in Stoicism then you might want to take a look at On Anger by Seneca. You can Download it for free. I haven't read it myself though so you can take my advice with a grain of salt.
I asked for book suggestions in some Facebook groups but none of what was suggested sparked my interest, but I listened to some podcasts that were helpful.
