Day 104. Checking in. I have entered a "new level" in my personal journey. A dopamine realignment (I used reduction before, but "realignment" sounds better). NoFap and these challenges have been very helpful to me, I cannot even express how much. The fellowship is a great place for all the LOTR fan base. My dopamine realignment phase entails me logging into NoFap only every other day. I knew that this step was bound to come at some point. It will be sufficiently difficult. The first day, yesterday was fairly easy because I had to finish grading and completing homework as a TA, and I had to complete my final exam which lasted until this morning so my schedule was packed. I reached for my tablet about to log in many times but I caught myself and stopped. Congratulations to everyone for all the progress, truly! We are each an integral part of the journey of each others recovery. Fallen brothers, just keep on pushing! Many of those barriers that you might feel are imposed by your own mind. We can all roll with the punches of life. Mental toughness. Be aware, be vigilant, be aggressive, and fear not!
It's a better idea to write down a list of everything you want to do and sort it out by your values and priorities, eliminating contradicting low priority things. This will set your head straight.
Gave in. I think it was a combination of stress and just plain old mental weariness. I have to find a better balance. Still learning.
That's a killer @LuckyMan - but none of that 111 days was wasted - none of it - get back on the horse brother - we are all with you https://thefreedomfight.org/30-day-challenge-sign-up/day-18-relapse-and-reality-video/
