Hello everybody In this challenge you: 1) Have to go to bed before 10pm and sleep for 7-8 hours a day to have a high level of awareness for the next day. 2)Read about PMO and strategies to defeat it for 15 minutes a day (minimum). 3)Reduce stressful situations in your life to the lowest reasonably practicable level. 4)Check in everyday and mark-done if you did 1) and 2) and at least put some effort to 3). After 30 days done You have achieved status of 'Good sleeper ' After 60 days done You have achieved status of 'Advanced sleeper' After 90 days done you have achieved status of 'Perfect sleeper' and have recovered from most of the broken sleep pattern negative effects. and remember to put Sleep challenge into your signature We all need the right amount of stress in our lives. If we have too little we are getting bored and start looking for something exciting to cheer us up and on the opposite if we have too much stress we experience anxiety and fear. For the best outcome on 3) it's best if for every task or daily situation the skills you have are up to the challenge at hand.If the task is way too hard and difficult you will need to upgrade your skills level to reduce the stress of facing it.By the same token if the task is too easy and boring do it with utmost concentration and mindfulness or choose a more difficult one. This applies to everything driving, reading, programming, studying, communicating with others etc There is a connection between quality of sleep and the evil habit of PMOing-People use it to get relieve of stress and forget about stressful situations through the day(and it might work like that for a while at the same time destroying persons health)but when you accumulate enough PMO strikes on your system your good sleep turns into insomnia and frequent wake ups due to the damage done by PMO on your body's systems, which may take a very long time (much longer than classic 90days) to recover from. And this in turn affects you mental performance through the day, sometimes to the point where you are not longer able to carry out your job duties because of the weakening of and decline in the mental faculties like poor memory, inability to concentrate for longer time periods, brainfog, anxieties etc. 9 benefits of a good night's sleep Improve your attention and concentration. ... Honestly, doing hard physical tasks feels much easier then accomplishing mental tasks, like studies requiring concentration of thought for prolonged period of time ,especially if the material is not too interesting to study.I think I might need to implement some changes into my daily routine to improve my mental concentration capacity.
