I have to admit that I watched P in the last two days after reaching 30 days. I should not forget about the challenge. Daily check in is really useful and I'll stick to that.

I happened to masterbate again after 3 days.. I found that I got a hike in energy after 54 days of restrainment. This energy i was struggling to check this last week... Day 3 again... I hope i'll survive this time.
Don't worry brother.. we're on this together.. we'll survive.. .. From my experience I no longer have depression keeping pmo apart for a considerable number of days.. Try focusing on self improvement.

Checking in day 74. Jetpack is fun. Watch out for drones and stormtrooper snipers on training days though.
