Try doing an activity. I just watch my favourite series and it takes my mind off it. If you don't do something the urge might be harder to control.
Remember! If you go back to square one, you will be in a place where you wanted to be in a place you are right now... But if you have already got done with M by now, then don't worry, this does not count as a relapse, this is just a set back. But now you have to be more cautious regarding your M habits..
