I've been relapsing constantly since I ruined my own record of 27 days and I am quite tired of doing it. Due to health and personal problems, among college projects and exams period, I've found relief in masturbation and somewhere along the way I completely forgot about my initial objectives and how I wanted to quit. I thought about doing a month challenge and since tomorrow is pretty close (at least here in my GMT), I'm giving July a go. I'm also looking for volunteers. So, who's up for it? I also made a random wallpaper in Photoshop, which I'll keep on my desktop for the entire month. I really wanna do this - I haven't felt that energy and will to quit for a very long time and it's time to change that. Let's do this and we can keep this topic open to update on our progress, if anyone wants to join me in the challenge.
I'm in. It's about time that I truly got serious about this, so I'm ready to finally do it. Clean slate starting tomorrow, and we can all do it together.

Welcome aboard - glad to hear you want to continue your strike. I'm hoping that this month will be the first of many for me as well and someday I can say that I'm done permanently with this filthy habit.

I'm all in! Just some things that I am going to try that I haven't before... For my PMO tracker, I am going to set it at one day, then two, then three, and so on. I want to keep goals attainable to build up some momentum early on. I always struggle when I set a two week goal. I am also going to compile a list of things I believe will improve if I am able to quit fapping. I am just going to add one thing per day, maybe more if I need the extra motivation. Here's the start of my list. What I hope to gain from NoFap 1. Energy

Yep I'm in 100%. I'm in a very similar boat. I got to 10 days without too much issue then relapsed daily for 3 days. I'm going for a 30 day goal also. Let's work together and do it. Iv started a 30 day log but il also keep an eye on this thread.
Glad to see so many persons have joined the initiative. This makes me more confident about not relapsing and I am sure that we will all succeed in this month if we set our minds straight. As for a quick messenger that would be great, but unfortunately, I cannot join since I do not own a smartphone and I only have my computer to use with access to internet. If you have any web-based suggestions, I'm all ears. Nevertheless, I'll try to be as active on this thread as much as possible and I recommend you to do the same. I'm keeping http://emergency.nofap.com/ closer to me than ever before, to help against powerful urges to relapse. I'll also focus on finishing college (one final exam and the presentation of my thesis are left) and my guitar and voice. We can help each other, so make sure to reply to this thread with a daily report on your status, as I plan to do with my own battle.
I'm in. Earlier this year I had a 142 streak of no PMO. I relapsed once, went for a 20 day streak, then relapsed. Went for one more 18 day streak and have now relapsed two days in a row. My goal is no PMO for 182 days this time. I feel that if I can get past these 30 days in July it'll be a great kickstart. Let's do this!
