It's always good to go deeper with your research into yourself and your addictions. But I would try to do that while trying to maintain NoFap-streaks. So what if you can't make it to the 90 days yet, but you're learning from all those relapses? But I would say that's the key: try to understand why you're peeking, what is it that you think you can find by peeking, and (probably) what is it that you're running away from by peeking?
15 days, one sixth! I understood, that I also have to revise the sexual relation to my wife and not just wait for sex with her as a remedy to cure my pain by abstaining from porn. I have not switched to PMO mode on purpose (only to PM as mentioned earlier) but it seems I am actually practicing it...
Day 6 and feeling good. The chaser effect was not bad at all yesterday, but I think it was because I was ready for it mentally. Typing it out in here helps me to acknowledge it and be ready for it. Keep moving, one day at a time!

finally 90/90 . wish u all the best in this challenge. There are many obstacles throughout but the mentality pushe them away. The result are good.
