Day 16. I read a good book which explained the virtue of chastity and made clear how much we should really treasure it. Through it we are held above the animals and maintained in human dignity.
You will conquer this! Every attempt builds strength and gets you closer to your goal. You’re on the path my friend!
yep, staying accountable in the thread is crucial for the reboot. everyday you stay away from accountability you give one step closer to a relapse. remember, the old pmo program is dominant in the brain, to create a new one you need to activately install it, daily. idle time will not solve anything, in fact it will put you on the pmo track again. the reboot is just like climbing a staircase, but the one that´s running backwards. what happens when you stop in a step? Meanwhile, congratulations brother, you´re a Hobbit now!!! Keep going!!!
superpowers come in time and with good habits. let´s say you stopped pmo but you still have a bad sleep hygiene, you still eat poorly, you still don´t exercise, still roam about the all day. in the context, the absence of pmo will have little effect. but if you combine: nofap + good habits, then the superpowers will come much faster. in the nofap journey you will find that pmo addiction is not your only problem, there are lot´s of things in your life that pulls you back. just pay attention and act accordantely, they will become obvious by itself
Welcome to Middle Earth brother . please change your counter to "no porn/no masturbation" since masturbation is not allowed in the challenge. Have a great day and stay with the Fellowship
One more day of walking, brave carriers of the Ring. Lot´s of falls yesterday among the Fellowship. don´t forget to make 2 calendars, one global counter with clean days and relapse days, and one counter of consecutive days. that will help you realize how much you accomplished so far . because it´s so easy to forget that when we fall. the Lord of the Rings saga as a lot to teach about mankind and struggles. To the falls i always liked this take from Frodo and Gandalf, it helped me a lot in my dark times. Keep rising my friends, @Fighter_4_life @Toni7 @Akeakua , you can do it!!! "Frodo: I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened. Gandalf: So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
Day 5 all. Feeling motivated. Doing good, checking in for my 5th day. Am at the office on a saturday because I have a high workload at the moment, but the bright side is that it helps with the PMO goal^^ Sounds like your doing great. I feel like I definitely have an easier time th emore I work out and the healthier i eat. Let's keep going, one day at a time, I'm really committed to checking in daily now.
It's been a while since my last update. I peeked just a few minutes ago but fortunately didn't give in to MO. There's been some built up stress from traveling during the pandemic and I haven't been sticking to my normal habit routine due to being on the road. I've still got some momentum going so I'm gonna count this instance as a 'slip-up' and not a reset or relapse since it wasn't full PMO.
