Sorry, I didn't make it. I know I can do dopamine detox but its too much for me. Today I watched too many youtube videos and parts of movies. I think I should start tomorrow with new energy and with the right set of mind. I have to overcome my addiction for dopamine and start a new and better life. I have to study hard for a better future.

Days 7 and 8/30 Didn't have time to post here yesterday, so I'm updating for 2 days. I'm 1 week on the challenge and have been feeling great with the results.
Is there such a thing as healthy Instagram usage? IG is dopamine city, with its endless scrolling pictures of attractive people..
There is brother ,when you follow accounts that are useful to you. Instead of accounts posting memes , funny shit and girls all day. This is what I see most people following . Its not the case with me , I only follow pages- that provide information regarding environmental conservation (my subject) and inspiring people in that field ( Forest officers , Environmentalist , Wild life photographers) . What I think is - Looking at a beautiful picture of a bird clicked professionally only makes me appreciate nature more , so the next time when I notice a relatively common bird , I find it more beautiful. from my perspective, its healthy dopamine for me. My Instagram is my own inspiration Scrapbook. And Its almost the same with Youtube.
Day 1 - Fasted today , havent had anything since yesterday. Sucked at work but finished it . Done is better than perfect. Internet usage was more than necessary. Smartphone is gone repairing so safe in that front. Looking forward to my Big fat meal (the only meal ) , oh boy its gonna be lot of dopamine while eating it. But that's alright I guess. Signing out.
