So here is the report for day 1:
It wasn't hard as I have plan and have done a 7day challenge by myself woke up with no urges day went on some came but controlled them by keeping busy at other stuff and doing physical exertion the key is to never think about porn or anything like that more than 10sec. Don't escalate in thoughts end of day 1

 

Kinda struggling right now.

It's around the 5/6 day mark that the addiction starts to kick in.

 

Yeah bro but you have to keep going

 

Remember why you are doing this .
How porn has ruined your life.
This evil is controlling you you have to take control of it

 

Just ignore the urges like take no action over them okay!!! No action and they will disapair like they were never there

 

Day 2/7 I have felt tempted to look at P but I haven't done it. I am 100% commited to this challenge!

 

Not a great week for me. Day 0 again

 

I relapsed again and am back at Day 0.

 

just finished the 3 day challenge.Its time to crush this one too. Day 0

 

I made it through that moment. Almost at the end of day 5.
