Just get back on the horse, you must of made a lot of positive change over that time. It doesn’t mean all that recovery is gone, unless you are judging this by abstaining only. You have done so well, chin up, focus on the positive and go and do something constructive even if it’s small. Get back on that winning mentality!
Slipping with 100+ days off PMO make it much more easier to get back on track than an early relapse. As OUO said, relax. Really, relax and breathe. You're gonna get to 30 days just like that
You'll return back really quickly if you don't keep relapsing. I relapsed after 417 days, i kept going and im still doing good
Whatever you practice grows stronger. This is how your brain works too. As Dan Siegel says: "Where attention goes, neural firing flows and neural connection grows." And similarly your brain prunes neural pathways that are not being used frequently. With a long streak like that you've gone a long way in rewiring your brain. New neural pathways are being grown and strengthened. One relapse is not going to undo all that work.. It's like if you climbed a 10 story building, and fell down 5 stairs toward the top. Get back up, you're still in the top part of the building. If you desire to keep going, then get back up and keep going. Just remember your "why". What's your intention for doing this. But that back in your sights. Lots of love.
