sorry to hear bro. see what happened. how did the relapse started? what boundaries did you cross? these are important questions for you to reflect upon. Learn bro, and carry on
Excellent brother. Here you are in Moria halls . Congratulations, a Dwarf you´re now!!!! Beware under the Mountain, PMO is strong in the deep places of the world.
One more day of walking my brothers. I decide is too risky to force the Black Gate open. The Fallen brother Gollum says there´s another entrance to Mordor so i will follow him. He still doesn´t seem reliable but it´s the best choice i got Have a great day dear Fellowship!!! Here´s some wisdom from a brother in reddit. "How many more until you're finally satisfied? How many orgasms, how many scenes will satisfy you? Give me a number. You've probably done this thousands of times, will 1 more finally satisfy you? 100 more? 1000 more? Do you want to do this when you're 70? I've seen men like that. Is that who you want to be? Are you going to be that creepy old guy lusting after young women, browsing pornhub, jerking your old man dick? Your actions will shape who you are going to be in the future. You take action NOW in order to achive your ideal future version, not when you feel like it. If you wait until you finally have the willpower, it's not going to happen. You don't keep doing nofap as long as you feel like it, you're doing it PERIOD. Don't give yourself outs. There is no other option, this is who you are now. You don't watch porn, you don't masturbate PERIOD."
Sorry guys, I relapsed again. The main culprit this time was lots and lots of stress. Obviously the long term cure is to work towards solving the cause of the stress, but it isnt going to go away overnight. I was wondering if any of my brothers have good coping strategies for stress - other than porn? PMO has hijacked my stress response system entirely and I want to take it back.
Day 30! This is the longest streak I've ever come. I must thank you all, many tips helped me during this journey, and the simple fact that I have this challenge (I am a very competitive person) truly gave me strength to keep on. So, again, thank you all, you helped me a lot to achieve my longest streak.
Day 17....i felt some urges yesterday...but my workout schedule managed it....involving in workout helps in distracting mind and also makes one tired enough so we'll dont have enough energy for pmo after workout...
