I realized that I have to go through 132 days to get back on this challenge, not 60 days. because we must start on day 0 7+14+21+30+60=132 However, It could have been much better if the challenges were consecutive. Like this: a+(b-a)+(c-b)... On that basis, I must be present in all 7 to 365-day challenges simultaneously. I'm currently on day 2

Day 34/90. The last few days have been tough with stress and urges have come back. Doing better today after some urges this morning and I'm planning on doing some things to relax tonight.
