I'm ending day 14. I dont have a whole lot of faith in myself. Once things open up I'm going to hit some saa mtgs. That women that I was fooling around with- I told her I think we should back off for a while and so were not enjoying the bed lately.

Day 8. I joined this forum 212 days ago. Of those 212 days, I was 190 days without M’ing to P. I fell sick last night, high temperatures, headaches... Still not feeling great. And immediately the urges to M and watch P get stronger. It's one of my many triggers, I find: I feel miserable, surely I deserve some PM? It's interesting to observe. Observe, not give in.
Day 42 rebooting. The headache was back again yesterday. It was usually better in the morning and getting worse in the afternoon. Nausea just became another bother two days ago. I think they should be withdrawl symptoms. Hope they will be gone soon.

Day 2/30 No PM (for June, July then August) Day 495 at attempting this challenge Day 175 weight training (M, W, F) Lifestyle: No caffeine or alcohol and reduced desserts Feeling great about my fresh start at this new streak with the one month at a time approach. Hope it works and I stay strong by also looking at it one day at a time. Weird how I am not feeling and guilt or remorse when I was half way through this last attempt before falling off the horse. Maybe my brain is healing and more resilient now. Who knows but I like it. Enjoy your day, brothers.
