Day 6/14. Again got up in the morning and went out first thing. Felt good to breathe in fresh morning air and bright sunlight. Help me get the day started with the right mindset.
Day 4. Massive morning wood. Definitely fighting some urges right now. Going to get dressed, eat breakfast, and get the hell out of the house. Good day all.
Starting this challenge. Just completed the 7 day challenge. Today is Day 0 Hour 0. So will tomorrow be Day 1 completed? Or it'll be the start of Day 1?
in the middle of day3. feeling urges coming from time to time...definitely the hardest day since rebooting
Have some strategy whenever you have urges coming. Like getting out of your house. Away from laptop/mobile.
Day 7/14. Halfway through. Still maintaining routine of going out in the morning for a walk. Today exercise as well. Back to work. It's monday. Have a good week ahead all. Hang in there. Keep getting up.
Day 10/14 Good call. I hadn't thought of picking up the guitar when I'm tempted. I need the practice anyway. Yup, definitely gotta stay off the computer & phone when drinking! Learnt that one a while ago Are you doing okay Vendidad? Woop woop! Welcome dandausa. The way most people do it (or how I have been): Tomorrow would be "Day 1", meaning that you've completed one day. Is that how everyone else does it? After nearly two years I should prob know this haha. Keep it up sporty! What are your reasons for quitting? Day 5 check in. Feel really good this morning. I'm in a great mood. The edge of depression I had is gone right now. I guess the build up of testosterone acts as a mood regulator? I had read from some members that their depression greatly decreased during streaks. I'm on day 7 of NoFap because I started 2 days before the challenge. Have a great day Gents!
