Day 6 Yep, that applies to a lot of people, myself included Journalling your own reasons for wanting to quit, your own motivations, triggers etc can be very helpful as part of that. Welcome to the challenge, @dary, best wishes on your journey :-D
Hey! It’s been going good so far. I learned I need to keep website restrictions on, and when I feel an urge coming on to keep myself occupied with something else. I’ve read that taking cold showers can help, so I’m going to try that.
Day 5/∞,this time I'm not stopping, there is no 5/7,this time we are gonna make it,do whatever you need to do but don't allow your brain to trick you into PMO for quick dopamine boost, its just depression and self guilt in it,seek for freedom and you will get it.I know we are all gonna make it,just believe it!
Oh yeah,I set small goals for myself to make it easier and rewardable and I go step by step, day by day.But also I have big picture in my head and I know that when I finish the first week I'm gonna move on and complete all other challenges. Thanks for advice and keep it up!
I'm in! Day 0/7, PMO including no You Tube. Start time on my laptop 21.55, Thursday 21 May. Finish time, Thursday 28 May, 21.55. Praying to my Higher Power for help. Your daily support, appreciated.
