I do as well and since I have been relapsing a lot lately I have been eating a lot more and gaining weight.

 

A lot of people eat when upset or in bad mood.

 

Before, during and/or after relapse?

 

Definitely - even if it is late at night. I feel so drained of energy it feels like I need to replenish it somehow. There is a definitely link between my porn addiction and my excess weight.

 

I eat all the time.

 

Oooh! I thought people just basked in sunshine and everything's taken care of.

 

Well, only us vegans have that power.
