Did 200 pushups in my apartment then walked-ran for approx 30 mins. So far I got 3 workouts in this week (Sat, Mon, Thurs). Not the most intense workout week but the pushups and running are working well for me. My legs and lungs feel strong. I'm used to doing a lot of cardio via jumproping and stairclimbing, and I think it's helped keep me in great shape. I ordered golf gloves via online last week. They are due to arrive at my apartment TUES. Once they arrive I'm gonna use my company's gym to train. I love my pushups and running but I miss training with weights. I feel safe training ay my company's gym since only a few employees are using it. Along with the gloves I plan on wearing a long sleeve shirt and jogging pants. Figure I'll start with deadlifts...
Walked approx. 1 hour yesterday. Walked and did a little bit of running approx. 1 hour today. Not the best but it's better than nothing.

I believe I do. In the recent past I trained up to 5-6 days a week, with weights and cardio, and I have never sustained any serious injuries. I'm 49 and have trained and dieted pretty consistently for the past 15 years. I've learned for me that it's best to be the guy who doesn't lift the most weight but who never misses workouts and meals.
I think I do as well. I don't like passing a day without doing anything, so basically I do 4 "real" trainings, 2 light trainings, 1 only cardio.
