Sadly relapsed because of fantasizing Day zero again, but actually better than six days ago

 

Relapsed again today. Help us o God!

Hello today it's the day 0 for me, despite that I did 1w without PMO before I never did a challenge where you have to commit posting every day. I hope this commitment will help me to reach again 1w and boost again my willpower to do even more.

I feel encouraged and inspired to keep going, as I have spent more time than I used to on NoFap.

I now have three days under my belt once again.
I am spending time every day on NoFap, unlike I did in my previous attempts to recover. I think it is making the difference: I feel much more encouraged and like I have solid resolve not to go back to my unwanted behaviors.
