When performing a pushup: •Keep your back straight and your core engaged. •Your butt should be down, not lifted. •Your body should form a straight line. Don’t arch your back or let your body sag down ××××××××××××××××× In this challenge, You have to do Push-Ups and post here how MANY Push-Ups you did today. Always look to increase your number of Push-Ups. Track your progress and see how you are improving your Push-Ups skills. 60 push-ups. 30 in morning. 30 in evening. I have been doing this number since weeks. I don't know I can't go past it. All my strength goes till 30. I come to my knees.
I started my I started my nofap schedule today i did 10 pushups ,i could have done more but cause of yesterday's jerk off i didn't felt the zeal to do so 10 pushups done ,could have done more but ain't felt the zeal due to previos day jerk off
Did for the last 50 days or more everyday at least 30-45 push ups. With retention of breath via the Wimhof method which greatly benefited my overall well being, even though I not smoke, I noticed a vital difference and are already at week 9 of his course. After I´m through I will give a full report, which will blow your minds.
70 push-ups today. Arms feel okay but I have a pain in my wrist which makes it very difficult to do the push-ups with correct form. Can anyone relate to this?
