i don't understand with level up mean, what i've been doing is 3 Set with each set consist : Pushup - 30 Pull-up - 10 Bicycle Crunch - 20 Plank - 1 minute Pistol Squat - 3 Leg crunch - 5 Bicep curl - 15 each arm with 2 minute rest each set, it takes 40 minutes for me then a cold shower for muscle to relax after that.
You doing the workout thing, yet we can always improve . Having a group for it helps with accountability, sharing stuff. Even if you are perfect with workouts, still can LEARN more about by research, still can MENTALLY go upper. MENTAL strength got no limit . See today I will do a cold shower , or mixed one, cause you implement that healthy idea in my head . Awesome !

Today is Friday, so I did what I did in Monday for the same time + 3 series of a whole body exercise, which mean I intensified. I didn't plan it, but my body wanted, so .. I gave what it wanted . I am getting to love those prison push ups after the workout . They make you so agile, so war ready .

Reporting today destroyed my legs with cardio and exercises like squats, pistol squats, jumps. I am reaching always new points day by day, or I will break meanwhile Idk and Idc

Walked-ran along the trail for approx. 1 hour today. Stopped 4 times and did 25 reps of pushups each time.
I did what I got to do for the day . Upper body training . Got to state that it is Monday and I don't see posted workouts yet . It is mentally important to start the week with work .
Did 150 pushups after work this evening, in my apartment. Then I walked-ran around my neighborhood for about an hour. I brought my phone along via my backpack but I didn't wear my headphones. MAN was the traffic quiet! Hardly any cars. It was like I was I was out in the country. I think I saw more pedestrians than vehicles
Down part of body. I did. After that week I will do adjustment to exercises and first I will do a 1 hour as much as I can push ups and some other like that for the next week . Current week audio is great . Compilations hit pretty well. Sevran video is not to be watch, but really I did good combining things. I got to admit Monday I listened to : Stoic mind programming, E. T- consistency and Black mamba mentality which was great , a lil different from hitting with music . Working hard is a privilege .
