I had a very tough night. Do you know when you are facing a challenging situation , you lose your sleep and temptations to fap won't leave you for hours after 3 am? Anyway 2 days completed.
Day 15/90 No PM Day 424 at attempting this challenge Day 146 weight training (M, W, F) Lifestyle: reduced caffeine, desserts and alcohol
Day 12! I’m happy I managed not to relapse so far. When I took up this challenge, I thought I wasn’t really addicted and I could handle that easily. I was wrong! This challenge is telling me that I am seriously addicted to it: in fact, I’m having urges alarmingly often. It’s hard to to resist, but I think it’s very important and, as time passes, it will become easier.
Hey guys, My second day I am from India. I'm 19 years old. I started watching porn since my 8 th grade. Bt at that time it was only once in a weak or like that. That to not the videos. This still images. At that time it's the Nokia's basic model phone which has an internet connection. I first get into this site by accedent. While I was trying to download a song from the internet, I accedently jumped into a porn site. It was the first time I saw nudity. I was really shocked. Now I am an addict to this worst thing. So I am taking this as a challenge for 90 days from now. I heard about Nofap from a video on how to quit masturbation and phonography. I will complete this task. I hope your support. Please tell your success stories to stop this. Guys I need to stop. Bye then Love this team
Day 90/90 YES finally Don't give up guys, keep going. I feel more at peace with myself, and the temptation to fap is not strong compared to earlier on the challenge. I believe you all can make it to 90 days. Sure so much has changed in this world and more and more people are staying longer at home. Yet it no excuse to fap at this time as fapping eventually brings more anxiety. What has helped was keeping myself busy even on the internet so my mind is occupied with other things in life. I am also able to achieve a lot more now than when I had my addictions. Also spending time with God and regular exercise as well as having a balanced healthy diet has really helped.
Brother you have reset/relapsed and if I would reset/relapse today I would feel really bad as I would lose the progress of my current streak. It is a bad feeling however you have not failed completely - you have made it 5 days and you are still here after the reset on your counter to day 0. Just hang in here and I believe you will definitely have great number of days on your streaks. You have got this bro - build momentum for your new streak. Best of luck and take care
Day 0 - Relapsed on day 4 due to insomnia. well, right after that I decided to write here. It is 5:43 am right now, yap. Well I managed to get ahead of 3 days this time. Now I am considering to take sleeping pills for sleep ^^ I already talked with my psicologist and she told me that the medication in question does not create dependency. I also have been slacking off with getting up early, so I will fix that quickly. I have joined a free coaching group for self development, we have daily live calls with camera and mic to do the exercises and so on. We need to stay strong no matter what. hugs.
