I'm with you man because I have the same problem. Being alone and bored is the greatest danger for PMO. In order to avoid that I'm fixing as many appointments as possible. If you ever feel the urge, try to do something else like calling one of your best friends, going out for a walk or doing sports. I think that this kind of distraction is one of the most important things which could help you get rid of PMO. Since your brain was trained to react to boredom with PMO, it needs to be trained in a different way now in order to reset. Another strategy would be writing a few words or a sentence on small sheets of papers justifying why PMO is bad for you. Place them in a bowl and if you ever feel like your relapsing, pull out a piece of paper in order to remind you why you are doing this challenge. Well, I hope this helps for now. Stay strong!
Done with my 7 day challenge Thanks everyone for the motivation, heading to the 14 day challenge. Hope to see you there, Cheers
Day 3.last two days have been OK. I'm trying to control the triggers at night.but I think I can do better. Porn has deprived me of my self confidence and discipline and it's time I get that back. #goingstrong
