Day 74, my longest streak so far continues. Last night was tough, I get why flatline is a big thing. There was always a constant battle between my brain and my resolve to doing PMO. let's do it, lets not, let's do it, lets not, the same back and forth competition. I am happy to announce I won the battle and was able to keep my emotions in check. I am at fault as I may have willingly seen some intimate stuff but the rule I made, the promise, the principle kept me in check. "This relapse in on me." do you really wanna go there?. I just could not let you guys down after this successful of a streak. THANK YOU, MY BROTHERS, FOR EVERYTHING. I see a lot of motivation stories of every brother in this challenge. I am always watching but limiting my time so I may not able to reply to everyone of them but I am sure as hell proud of everyone here. Don't give up, YOU MUST GO BEYOND!! PLUS ULTRA!!!!
When I see that I'm not the only one who fight the urge, it's easier for me. I am proud of your number of days and dreaming it every day. Stay strong as you are.
Man that is a tough situation. At times life can be brutal. I admire your sharing this with us. I admire your wanting love rather than lust. I admire your resolving to beat PMO. Wishing you and your family strength and peace
It’s good you were honest about it.. I mean, we choose the majority of what we see and.. we can choose how to let that affect us.. I’ve been testing it out so I know. Here’s a tame example: 2 guys see a video of a ball game.. the first guy focuses on the game and enjoys it for the pure sport and energy of it. The second guy focuses on competition and when his team loses he focuses on the way it made him feel.. one guy is going to be a lot better off. Tomorrow you all will likely see a brief provocative advertisement somewhere. We almost can’t avoid it. You can choose now how you will react. Option one : You look away quickly, and you tell yourself, yeah, she’s pretty, but we are NOT going to let it affect us. We are stronger now. I usually say a quick silent prayer at this point. Option 2..3..4 - I’m not going to even go there... why? My mind already knows how it should react, I'm reprogramming it. “The wolf you feed... is the one that wins the fight”
Day 48.. been away for work all week, the last time I was away was at the start of my nofap journey. Back then I felt lost and not in control, even worried about spending a few days in a hotel.. my main environment for all the bad pmo shit in my life. This week I felt strong, in control, I didn't have any urges (a few memories of it all, but no desire to bring them back again). I worked hard, socialised, hit the gym, ate well and slept the best I think I ever have in hotels (not staying up till early hours watching porn!) It feels so good to feel like I'm really beginning to be free of the addiction. I was sceptical when I started nofap, and all the superpowers thing I'm still not entirely convinced about. I think people see "superpowers" where they should just see the real person coming back out and thriving. Maybe that is a superpower.... I dunno. My advice to anyone hitting the point in their life where reading this forum or joining up. You've got to her because you want to see a change. Find within yourself the reason for changing, make it big and bright and strong. And then just fucking do it. Each day, make that decision to change stronger and stronger, and it becomes like a snowball gathering speed and power behind it. Be awesome!!
Seems to me like you passed a test my friend. That took a lot of willpower and determination. May you continue to feel the confidence and strength that accompanies such an accomplishment.

Thank you for sharing Spartan. This is one of the biggest crossroads of my life. And it’s probably going to be another year of me being at this crossroads. So I have to continue to be patient.
