Realised yesterday that I somehow skipped a day here, so TODAY is the real Day 15. Not sure how that happened but we're back on track now. Morning routine was abysmal today since I lied in until 7am (normal wakeup time is 5.15am). I had excuses (I was tired and had some emotional baggage I was mulling over) but there are no excuses when it comes to discipline: discipline never fails you, you always fail discipline. With that in mind, I'm going to finish off the remainder of my morning routine as well as possible. Edit: (I did )
both problems have the same solution: take action. do stuff!! in fact, if you´re busy you won´t even notice the urges. Rise again my brother
exactly brother. discipline and self-care is a major piece in the reboot. sometimes even a small act of negligence like skipping a bath or something, can lead to more behaviours of negligence that in the end will lead to a pre-relapse stage. excellent brother keep going!!!
Hello fellow adventurers, this is my day 3 check-in and still going strong. I recently made it to 8 days and was then met with crippling urges that stuck for hours until I caved. Can anyone recommend good motivation for when this happens?
