Current Challenge 0/90 (ends Mar 23) 298/332 Good Days (ave. relapse every 10 days, a huge improvement) Day 109 weight training (M, W, F) Day 43 reduced alcohol, caffeine and sugar Longest streaks 67 then 51 (4 years later) - stupidly, used a known trigger last night - got drunk with my son playing pool and bar hopping, then relapsed early this morning when I was still drunk with no inhibitions and everyone had gone to bed - feel crappy about it and should know better not to over do it with booze - decided to go back to no alcohol, caffeine and no desserts in the new year as all 3 can be triggers and I don't moderate well - alcohol also messes with my prostate and I could hardly pee last night so needed to take BPH medicine called flomax - no PMO binging though, just right back on a new streak today, hangover and all... another know trigger - your brother in this struggle
