Day 7. One week officially. Had some urges today but just distracted myself by doing something else. Feeling good, but I went to bed late and got up late so I'm still a bit tired.
Day 3/90 was yesterday. I’ve been reading a lot of these posts about marriage on NoFap. For whatever reason, these are incredibly motivating for me. When guys talk about becoming the men their wives first fell in love with. As I start down that path, I look at that as the ultimate goal.
Day 7 Underway. all good. First week has been difficult as expected. I dont much urges and all but just creating a new habit and leaving abad one takes time and mind resists smthing new. It is not getting its habitual reward. Working out at the gym in group sessions has been a boon. A little achievement of my whole day. This time we will get success guys. Peace.
