Did not do a lot yesterday, just a lot of relaxing and learning a bit. Still got a bit of brain fog.

On Sunday I relapsed, it was my day 6. This time I'm gonna finish this challenge for good.
Day 2/7

 

Day 6 and still haven't relapsed I'm almost at my record

 

Today I completed day 5/7
I fought some severe urges, but I finally have won

Had a good Day 1 today. Spent some time with the family and doing wholesome activities. Re-commiting to stay alcohol and cigarette free as well as the PMO. Planning to return to the gym tomorrow (I havent worked out in months). Looking forward to a wholesome and a healthy life. So tired of the isolation I have to get around people.

Accomplished Day 7 two times in 3 weeks and now i relapsed 3 times in 5 days
