Day 2 I am incredibly lucky! Yesterday I walked into a massage parlor, fortunately she was booked for the whole day, I even went to another place, i was almost at the door yet i didnt walk in...i am glad I am in the race for NoNutNovember 29 days more to go!!!
7/7 That kinda flew by fast, focusing on other stuff and keeping myself busy really helped! Guess it's time for me to move on to another challenge. I'll see you guys elsewhere, I'm going into the 2 week challenge, Good Luck!

Good job! I'd suggest going straight over to the next one (14 day) and logging in today as your Day 0 for that one. Don't want to relapse just cause you finished one challenge!
48 hrs completed 120 hrs left Today was hard Got some brain fog in the evening But I managed to continue PMO. If you think you are not gonna make it, Then probably you are not gonna make it If you think you can , THEN YOU WILL. Thats how I managed to continue PMO and I will complete this challenge.
After spending successfully almost 4 month i am again going through some tough time .my last couple of weeks it felt like i am giving myself in this hell(PMO) again.I am trying hard to get things right. LET'S SEE starting again 0/7

Relapsed again just now. My biggest trigger was definitely staying in bed too long bumming around all morning with my laptop, which ironically started off because I wanted to log back in to NoFap. Watched YouTube videos with binaural beat soundtracks. Sick nasty stuff, never fulfills you. Today is Day 0. again. 3rd times charm.
