Feels pretty good! I'm always quite busy with work and I started again swimming. Which might be helping with the PIED. I think that would probably not be a problem now. I am also trying to slowly pick up other habits such as flossing maybe most have it for granted but I've always hated it

In the military, you get up early, make a bed, cleaning, breakfast, go out, training, get back, bath time, journaling and lights out. Set the time to do whatever you gotta do.
