Started Challenges August 21, 2019 Longest streak 147 days Current Challenge 31/90 no PMO Now even my saturday is busy ! I'm trying not to have P though since I know it make me relapse. Its a bit difficult those days. Hopefully it will become easier. Habit made: -cold shower -pray my chaplet -wake up early Habits to make: -schedule the day -sports
Considering how bad my last week was, day 1 was pretty easy! Which was a relief, and really nice. First 2 days back on the clock. Back in the game!
