Good luck my friend. Sometimes they’re overwhelming, I know. Keep consciously redirecting attention to something else. Just keep redirecting your thoughts to something else. Intense exercise can be helpful. Grounding yourself in the present moment by feeling your breath going in and out. Repeating in your mind things that you can see, hear, and touch in the present moment, and reminding yourself that those sexual thoughts aren’t real, they’re just memories, clouds, mist, insubstantial fog of the brain. You can do this, good luck
7th day Today. I achieved my first challenge after a long time. And my next challenge is 14 days, starting from tomorrow. @Fredi-the you can join there, if you want to, you know it's a challenge between you and me, and I completed 7 days and you'll be completing tomorrow (as u started one day late) Join 14 days challenge after completing this. See you there tomorrow. It's like just building a base if you can achieve 7 days, you definitely do it for 14 days. I'm gonna do it at any cost, because I seriously don't like this kind of life. Relapsing again and again will never do any good to anyone. Remember why you came here.
My counter should reach 7 today since I adjusted it so we'd be on the same place in our Challenges. I am just in a different time zone than where this website is located which is why the numbers seem to be a day behind but my counter will hit 7 sometime today. My real number is 2 above my day count so I am actually on day 9 today but prefer to keep it the same as you. See you on the 14 day challenge today. We will do it as easily as we did this 7 day. Onward and upward my friend. Cheers.
5/7 forgot to post yesterday but I haven't done anything bad. Trying not to smoke at all this weekend and it's going well, I'm using my extra energy to clean and re-arrange my house.
So I messed up this challenge the first time around but I will try again so today is day 1/7So I messed up this challenge the first time around but I will try again so today is day 1/7
day 3 under way. One day at a time, for me a trigger is boredom and stress. I've been filling my free time with more meditation, reading, and physical fitness. All are starting to help in this transformation process.
