ok day 7 done, a kinda boring day, not that much to do. I spent the arvo listening to Worship music and reading the Bible.

Hey Now approaching my fifth day, yesterday was really difficult! I am working hard to cut out Psubs, social media and chat this helps but is not always easy. I have not touched my dick apart from washing this streak I am hoping that helps, I am going to stretch and get on with my day.
