Hey guys and gals! I was considering signing up for Yoga Classes next month and wanted some opinions about Yoga, its benefits and how it's changed not only your spiritual life but your physical life. But I'm gonna be honest with, beautiful women in Yoga pants really triggers the Hell out of me! That's my only worry. But with that being said I really want to try this out. Totally recommend it! Some random benefits from yoga: Helped control urges by easing tension in the groin area. Fixed lower back issues I had for awhile. Better quality sleep (deep & REM) from using different poses. (fitbit says so) Learned how to sleep on the floor without a pillow. Unbelievably lower heart rate & blood pressure. (37 bpm, 90/62) Got so relaxed & heart rate so low, my fitbit thought I was sleeping. Learned to calm down during stressful situations (work, dating, public performance, etc.). Improved posture, and somehow improved confidence (other's perception). Learned to control myself looking at women during class. I can touch my toes & tie my shoes now! Hope that helps! Yoga with Adrienne has a YouTube channel and short yoga practices to start each day (google yoga with Adrienne calendar). She is an attractive woman but not provocative, and a great teacher.
Watch out. There's a big difference doing the kind of yoga you are doing and yoga for spiritual growth. Kriya yoga, Kundalini yoga are very powerful practices that will transform you completely. If you want to know how to start practicing, reply on my comment. You dont need initiation.
