while i did not watch P i sadly I F last night, i felt a lot of tension emotionally, while my goal since joining NoFap 3 days ago is to avoid the evil P and i am proud of the fact i have not yet returned to it, however this challenge is no PMO for 7 days and so i have reset my counter SO ITS DAY ZERO
