Day 0. Relapsed again. I was doing pretty good a while ago, but I have spun out of control. Anyone have advice for breaking a streak of relapses?

Day 7/7 now i completely understood the evil effects of masturbation . I am happier now. I am going to start 14 day challenge
What helped me most was cutting out alcohol. Without the booze, I'm no longer lazy and went back to the gym. I have tons of energy and I keep myself occupied during the day.
Holy shit, I made it. I finally made it to 7 days. Over 3 weeks no alcohol, either. Thank you everyone for the never ending support and thanks to all the people running NoFap. From here I'll move to the 14 day challenge.
Congrats! Good luck in the 14 day challenge. For me, Day 1 completed. Today was pretty good, well-occupied, so I didn't have too much trouble. We'll see about tomorrow, but I am hopeful that it will be a good day.
On day 6/7 had a close call yesterday but ill be damned if i ruin my progress today bout to be a breeeeze
