Is this a relapse

    Hi, I really need your advice on this. Earlier today I was scrolling through Facebook and someone posted a clip of a homemade porn vid. I watched like 3 seconds then caught myself and kept scrolling. I clicked on a music vid and watched that. I didn’t jerk myself off, I didn’t edge (I have never edged) I went for a walk and went on about my day. I am on my 65th day and enjoying the benefits, but want to be as honest with this process as possible. So my question is is this a relapse. Thank you for reading. I wish you all good luck.

    How Ironic, the same thing just happened to me minutes ago. If it was an accident (which it sounds like) then it's fine, don't beat yourself up, you had no control over it. You didn't edge, you didn't O, you didn't fantasize. Keep staying strong, you're doing fantastic!

    Do your best to avoid facebook and other sites that can harbor content like porn and enticing pics. There are too many traps, such as the one you mentioned, that can catch you when you're not prepared. Be careful. It's not worth a look to lose your daycount and moreso, the benefits earned through your struggle. Stay strong.

    FB vids are a no-go for me. Too much junk there.

    Did you watch the three seconds not knowing what it was and then shut it off when you realized? Or did you know exactly what it was and got a little three-second taste? How you answer that questions will tell you what is going on in your heart and mind.

    I’m normally pretty vigilant when scrolling on fb. Bypassing all the half naked females pictures people post, I legit got caught off guard, never again though. Thanks for your insight
