    Checking in, Evening of day 5.

    Something is different today. I feel frustrated. I feel the urge to PMO so strong today. Actually, I feel the NEED to PMO today... Its like my body is craving for it and if i don't give it. it'll die or something.
    I was okay for the last 4 days or so but today its so strong. I am barely able to control it.

    Someone please give me some tips for how to deal with these kind of days.
    Along with this stupid Addiction today I am also going through a very bad and frustrating day... its fucking hurting my brain.. feels like its gonna explode.

    Someone please give me some tips...

    Try to change that energy and do exercise, write something, paint or draw. Let the emotions speak in their own lenguage, the art. Make some art for you, and then appreciate it.
    And here's an advice. Do not do anything when you feel that "urge" just feel it, feel it as long as you can but do not act over it. Try to find what turns on that urge, why, and how. Answer those questions deep down and there will be your help for not let the desire tke you over.
