To the better me

    I will share at this thread my improvement at my new habits. I have already started running, two times tooth brushes, cold shower at the mornings and daily prays. On daily basis I will share what did I do to follow myself and keeping motivated during transitions of habits to behavior.

    Sorry bro I relapsed two days ago and my mood was so down so could not see your reply. I am running 20 min moderate intensity.
